Guard Gloves rough draftSuch small things are these guard gloves. They do not serve the purpose of keeping my hands warm. They are made of thin, yet strong, non-insulating material and do not even have fingers. The only warmth they provide in under the padded palms. Five pairs in two seasons. One tan pair for performance from each year as well as practice pairs and their replacements. Lots of stress applied to these pieces of stitched cloth between metal flagpoles, wooden rifles, and the damage caused by the occasional fall.
